Rojgar Mela uses automated intelligence tools to perform resume-gap reports and evaluate mock voice assessments. These algorithms operate under direct oversight. Seekers retain full control to clear, edit, or recreate their portfolio profiles at any time.
We retain profile information as long as your seeker account remains active. Upon receiving an account deletion request, we expunge all personal details, portfolios, recorded interview clips, and credentials from our production databases within 30 days.
