By accessing or using the Rojgar Mela platform (including AI matching, assessments, scheduling, and mock interviews), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform.
Seekers are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their portfolio data (skills, experience, and certifications). You agree not to upload false credentials or engage in plagiarism. We reserve the right to flag or disable accounts presenting fraudulent profiles.
Employers and job providers agree to verify active job listings and represent hiring roles accurately. Bulk job imports must conform to verification standards. You may not harvest seeker profiles for external commercial lists or advertising purposes.
All algorithms, career roadmap templates, custom match scoring software, and mock interview models are the sole property of Rojgar Mela. Users receive a limited, revocable license to access these services for personal growth or hiring optimization.
